Watch. Observe. Everything that the universe is presenting you. Become aware of your judgements. Take them in as they are and challenge yourself. Don't outward the emotion to the situation to change. Don't interfere.
… if you can't commit yourself truly and fully. Interference changes the course. It begins with your pure appearance and ends with the unlimited flow of your actions. Commit truly and fully. Be careful.
